Milestones & Roadmap

Foundation (2025) 

• February 2025 - The problem is defined: UndoEndo begins with a simple, urgent question: why does managing endometriosis still feel like guesswork? Research into the daily lived experience of endo begins in earnest.  

• April 2025 - Grounded in clinical reality: Direct conversations with patients and healthcare providers shape the foundation of the product, ensuring UndoEndo is built from lived experience and clinical insight, not assumption.  

• July 2025 -The vision takes shape: The core product concept is defined: a platform that turns daily symptom data into real understanding, for patients and their care teams alike.  

• November 2025 -UndoEndo Digital Health Inc. is incorporated: The company is formally established, setting the foundation for a scalable, mission-driven digital health business.  

• December 2025 - UndoEndo goes public: undoendo.ca launches, marking the company's first public presence and the beginning of community building. 

Building (2026) 

• January 2026 - Engineering begins: Full-scale development of the UndoEndo platform is underway, translating a year of research into a working product.

• March 2026 - Intellectual property secured: A provisional patent application is filed, protecting the innovation at the core of UndoEndo's approach.

• August 2026 - MVP complete: The full application is built and functional, representing the culmination of the company's first product development cycle. 

Validation (Q3 2026) 

• Late August 2026 - Private beta launches: A curated group of early testers begins a focused two-week evaluation period, providing critical real-world feedback ahead of public launch.  

• September 2026 - Refinement and hardening: Beta feedback is systematically incorporated, with a dedicated debugging and refinement cycle to ensure product quality at scale.  

• November 2026 - Public launch: UndoEndo goes live on the App Store and Google Play, opening the platform to users everywhere. 

 Expansion (Late 2026 and beyond) 

• Post-launch 2026 - Next-generation development begins: Work starts on UndoEndo's AI Assistant, a major platform evolution designed to deepen personalization and support.  

• Post-launch 2026 - Global validation: A two-month worldwide testing initiative validates the next release at scale, across diverse users and use cases.  

• Following global testing - Full next release: The AI Assistant, Doctor Report, and the complete suite of planned enhancements ship together, backed by a rigorous debugging and quality cycle.
